First, a big welcome and congratulations to our new HOA Board Members! Our new members include the President Brett Zuckerman, Vice President Chris Crosby, and Member-at-Large Ray Hogg! We have the continued awesome leadership of Bianca Braiotta as Treasurer and DeLynn Berry as Webmaster. We have an amazing team to support an amazing community!
Second, we would like to thank our Vice President Chris Crosby and his wife Lindsay of the Crosby Team Remax Professionals for hosting a Shred-a-thon for Pine Valley residents this Sunday, Aug. 28th, from 10:00 am -12:00 pm at the corner of Saratoga Pl. and Wabash St. Fliers have been distributed providing guidelines for the shredding.
Third, please note that if a garage door is left open during a neighborhood police patrol, the officers will perform a safety check.
Fourth, Martha Good wanted our neighbors to know that Animal Control truck has begun patrolling our neighborhood, targeting off-leash dogs, fining owners $80 per offense.
Fifth, I will be calling to confirm directory listings and notification preferences over the next week—we want to confirm the accuracy of our information before printing and posting information online.
Speaking of the directory, we have had neighbors expressing interest in sponsoring it. If you or your business would also like to sponsor the directory, please give me a call and I will coordinate it with our HOA board.
Sixth, we will have two upcoming events to note. We will have a September Board Meeting to review the directory—more information will follow within a week. Our President, Brett Zuckerman, will be sponsoring a canned food drive in the fall.
